With less than four months to go until we walk 84 miles in six days, it’s imperative to start your training now.
You really don’t want to put your body to the test at the last minute.
So, get up and start walking!
I put together a music mix to inspire myself and thought I’d share it with the rest of you.
It’s just over an hour of walk-related tunes that will, hopefully, have you tapping your toes a bit while you practice for those long days of putting one foot in front of the other.
